A Dinner Date in London

London is a thriving city with countless places to visit from museums and art galleries to theatres and dance clubs.  One of the best parts of the city is to enjoy a dinner date in London in one of the many VIP restaurants and this is something you can now enjoy alongside a premium escort.  But where are the best places to go for high quality dining?

Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester

Michelin stars don’t always guarantee a VIP experience but do recommend that the food is going to be far above the average standard.  Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester is one of the city’s 3-star restaurants, within the renown Dorchester hotel.  It offers a restrained version of high quality fine dining that will suit some tastes perfectly and there is a classic French feel to the food on offer.  Remember to leave room for desserts and petit fours as these are some of the best on offer.  There is also an impressive wine list with helpful sommeliers to offer advice on choices.

Gordon Ramsey

While the man himself no longer cooks at his flagship Chelsea restaurant, Clare Smyth MBE has taken over and brought with her an inventive menu served in a dining room that has recently been refurbished to reflect her style.  It is also the only other three Michelin star restaurant in the capital.  Everything about the food delights the senses including touches such as pouring sauces at the table and every detail of the meal is carefully considered.  It is one of the most popular places for a high quality dinner date with premium escorts around the capital though a little higher budget will be required for the night!

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal is located within another of the capital’s most prestigious hotels, the Mandarin Oriental.  With its views across Hyde Park, the restaurant is the top chef’s newer restaurants and is run by his protégé Ashley Palmer Watts.  It offers a combination of historic dishes with the flair and almost scientific precision than Heston has brought to his food.  There is an excellent wine list though for those unsure of their choices, the house is a top recommendation.

The Greenhouse

The Greenhouse is in Mayfair and offer Haute cuisine at its best, as befits a two Michelin star restaurant.  The dining experience is very VIP, a cool and well spaced room with the highest quality of service on hand.  The menu offers a wide range of dishes including some extraordinary appetisers and unusual petit fours while there is an impressive range of wines available to accompany any dish.

Helene Darroze at the Connaught

Helene Darroze at the Connaught offers classic French cuisine within the historic dining room of the Mayfair hotel, the Connaught.  The refined look of the two Michelin star restaurant contrasting amusingly with the slightly rustic food on offer including leg of ham and huge biscuit jars.  If you visit for a special occasion, you are presented with a personalised souvenir menu so don’t forget to mention this when booking.

The Ledbury

The Ledbury is an example of a two Michelin star restaurant that also has a somewhat relaxing and easy-going feel to it.  Located in Westbourne Grove, it is a little out of the city centre and is a former pub that offers British ingredients alongside more exotic fare such as Tokyo turnips.  It is a place to go if you want to try something unusual and even offers a great range of beers from around the world if wine isn’t your thing including from Australia and the US.
